You're probably wondering what the heck a guaranteed design is. Well straight from the horse's mouth it goes like this:
"When I first started guaranteeing my designs back in the late 90s, people thought I was completely nuts or just full of BS. It's really not that complicated though. When my company does a job for you we start every one with a consultation to go over your content assets, traffic sources and other details pertinent to your results. When you get a design from my company you are also getting years of knowledge and thousands of sites worth of experience behind it. I've kept data on every little detail of the designs my team and I have done to see what worked and what didn't. It's down to a science now... we don't always get it 100% on the first go around but it's rarely far from that and hey, do you know any other company that will guarantee results on their designs?!"
Our Guarantee: For each client we will have an initial discussion of your project (content, traffic sources, etc.) and come to terms on a guaranteed rate of conversion for paysite tours, retention for members areas, and/or click-through percentage for galleries. The numbers are a bit different from project to project as each niche and style has its own unique attributes. Once we've agreed on a number then we get to work. When the site goes online we monitor the numbers. If the thirty day average doesn't meet the guarantee, then we will do a complete re-design for free, and the process starts again. Often we will tweak bits and pieces along the way as well.
Essentially, you are not just ordering a design from us, you are getting someone who is like an experienced partner in your business for the term of the contract.
(Note: You can also order designs without the guarantee as many established companies do. Prices for non-guaranteed work are significantly lower as the amount of time and involvement is much less, however the same care and attention does go into the initial design regardless of whether you choose a guaranteed one or not.)
